• Document size should be the flat finished size of the job. Multi page jobs (booklets, newsletters, magazines, etc.) page size should be the size of each page.
• All photos and bit map graphics should be no less than 300 dpi resolution
• Include 1/8 inch bleeds for any color running to the edge of the job
• If your job requires Die Cutting, Die Lines should be in spot color and set to overprint
• Large areas of rich black should be C=40 / M=30 / Y=20 / K=100, Do not use registration color, this will cause your job to offset.

PDF files are the preferred file format. Use the Adobe predefined PDF setting for “Press Quality” for best results. All fonts should be embedded, all colors used should be either Black, CMYK and/or the designated spot color(s)

Crop marks should be included and bleeds set to .125”

Export Single pages and “NOT” output as spreads

Documents created in all other programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, must be supplied in PDF format. These programs depend greatly on the printer installed an targeted on the user’s system.
